Safe Recycling of Edible Oils Awareness Campaign

Empowering the future through sustainable actions!

The Model of World Health Organization (MSA-MWHO) at the Faculty of Pharmacy at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA University) raised an awareness campaign on the safe recycling of edible oils, welcoming a vibrant gathering of students and faculty members under the auspices of the Community Service and Environmental Development Committee, which aligned with Egypt's Vision 2030 to promote sustainable development principles.

The spotlight was on Green Pan Company, experts in serving and recycling used edible oil. Unveiling the harms of used edible oil, the campaign highlighted its potential reuse in various chemical industries like biofuel, detergents, glycerin, lubricants, and wax. Noteworthy is the company's generous offer of opportunities for students to engage in awareness initiatives and embark on enlightening field visits to the factory.
