EPSF-MSA we are proud of you !

The journey of EPSF-MSA last year was full of achievements and success. First, through the Public Health Committee, EPSF-MSA spread its hands to the public in villages, clubs and malls to effectively aware the citizens of the most common health problems facing the Egyptian community.

The awareness campaigns covered Peptic ulcer, Diabetes, HCV and Aids. Also, EPSF-MSA contributed in the EPSF national events like the Down’s syndrome and Breast Cancer National events.
Second, the Professional Development committee did an outstanding performance in the patient counselling campaign and competition where Sandy Elsoheet, a level 4 pharmacy student, was qualified and proceeded to the national final patient counselling competition. Also, the PD committee had its impact on the society including pharmacists and physicians through the PPAC (Pharmacy Profession Awareness Campaign).
Third, the Continuous Education Committee helped fantastically in developing the soft skills and above all the research skills of pharmacy students through the 3Dimensions project where the wining team of the local competition attended the national competition and were highly praised by the judges for their skills.
Finally, after all the sleepless nights and the hard work throughout the year, EPSF-MSA fairly earned their full membership in the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Student Federation. Being a full member provides EPSF-MSA with several privileges including the SEP, Student Exchange Programme, which enables the members and their fellow mates in the university to study a specific course of their choice internationally via the travelling contracts that the federation provides to full member associations. Also, being a full member gives EPSF-MSA the right to take part in the voting procedures of the federation’s official matters and elections in the General Assembly.
All of this is thanks to the hard work of EPSF-MSA executive board, members and most importantly to its supervisor, Dr. Gina El-Feky and the Faculty of Pharmacy dean, Prof. Hanan El-Laithy.
EPSF-MSA, Egyptian Pharmaceutical Student Federation of MSA University, is an independent non-profit association which does not belong to any political or religious parties and derives its legitimacy from the Pharmacists Syndicate of Egypt.
