Step into the world of balance and stability through mastering vestibular rehabilitation

 

The Faculty of Physical Therapy at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA University) is inviting you to join 'Vestibular Rehabilitation' workshop by Prof. Mohamed Khallaf, Associate Professor-University of St-Augstine, and Professor of Physiotherapy at Cairo University.

 

 

After completing this workshop, the attendee will be able to:

 

  • Perform an examination and evaluation of individuals with vestibular disorders.
  • Perform oculomotor examination and interpret the results for individuals with vestibular disorders.
  • Perform examination of gait and balance and interpret the results for individuals with vestibular disorders.
  • Perform BPPV positional testing for the anterior, posterior, and horizontal semicircular canals and interpret the results.
  • Select and perform vestibular rehabilitation interventions in individuals with vestibular disorders including BPPV, hypofunction, poor gaze stability, motion sensitivity, gait and balance dysfunction.
