Climate Leadership Program

Within the framework of the state’s efforts to build capacities towards issues of climate change and sustainable development, and in conjunction with the COP 27 climate summit meeting in Sharm El Sheikh,

 

The Faculty of Mass Communication would like to congratulate the Assistant Lecturer Ms. Mai Magdy Abu El Saud who graduated from the Faculty of Mass Communication at MSA University as she recently completed the "Climate Leadership Program" which is accredited by UNFCCC, and was implemented by the Center of Excellence for Research and Applied Studies on Climate Change and Sustainable Development and the National Research Center.

 

In addition, it was sponsored and supervised by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Ministry of Environment, and the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

 

The ceremony displayed the presentations and the work of the winning teams, including that of Ms. Mai Magdy, in the presence of Her Excellency the Minister Dr. Hala Saeed, Minister of Planning and Development, Dr. Mahmoud Mohieldin, UN climate change High-level champion for Egypt and Dr. Omnia El Amrani, COP 27 President Envoy on youth. Furthermore, heads of research centers and universities, IPCC experts, a group of ambassadors, foreigners, important bodies, organizations, and leaders in the country also attended the ceremony under the auspices of the World Bank.

 

Congratulations Ms. Mai Magdy, with our heartfelt wishes for more success and excellence for all MSA staff members, students, and graduates.
