MSA Students Excel in AI Workshop at the National Council for Women
October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) proudly announce that under the supervision of Prof. Amani Fahmy, Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication at, and in coordination with Dr. Yasmin Osama, Director of Student Affairs, and Dr. Hayat Badr, Acting Head of the Public Relations and Advertising Department and the college's coordinator with the National Council for Women, five students from the Faculty of Mass Communication participated in a workshop titled "Women and the Safe Use of Technology and Artificial Intelligence."
 
The workshop, held at the National Council for Women on Monday, 30th of September 2024, addressed key issues related to empowering women in the technological field and the challenges they face amid the rapid development of technology and artificial intelligence.
 
The participating students were: Mona Barakat, Norhan Abdo, Alaa Khaled, Mariam Qassem, and Habiba Mostafa, under the supervision of Dr. Mounia Mohsen, Lecturer in the Public Relations and Advertising Department.
 
This participation is part of the college's commitment to fostering community engagement and encouraging its students to take part in activities that enhance their academic and professional skills, particularly in fields that promote women's roles in society.
